A – U.S. Metal Buildings are made of all steel, and the rigid frame is made of red-iron components of varying thickness, depending on your local building code. These components include I-Beams, C-Channels and Z-Framing. U.S. Metal Buildings exterior walls and roof panels are made of Galvalume Plus, high-yield 26-gauge steel with baked-on enamel. There is a 20-year limited warranty against rusting, chipping and fading for the exterior walls and roof panels.

Q – How long does it take to get my building after I've ordered?

A – Most structures can be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. With a little planning ahead on your part, significant savings in freight costs can be realized by ordering your building 3 to 4 months early. Some of our smaller models can be delivered as quickly as 2 to 3 weeks.

Q – Can I get any size building I want?

A – Yes, we can deliver whatever size building you need. However, if you can keep your building width in 10-ft increments and your length in 20- or 25-ft. increments, you'll save a lot more money.

Q – How do I know that my U.S. Building will meet my local building codes?

A – Every building from U.S. Metal Buildings is designed to local buildings codes and in fact, comes with stamped engineered drawings from a registered engineer who is licensed in your state.
